Every professional completes identity and license verification before they can practice on CARE GLOBAL IQ. Credentials are reviewed, and public trust badges show what has been verified — with re-verification and expiry monitoring so badges stay accurate over time.
Privacy protections
Your health information is private by default. Professionals see only what you explicitly share, you control every permission, and you can revoke access at any time. Emergency contacts are only reachable under the exact conditions you set.
Data security
Access to your records is governed by strict per-user rules enforced at the database level, so people can only reach data they're permitted to see. Sharing links for your Health Passport are time-limited, revocable, and every access is logged.
AI safety rules
AI is used only to assist — for drafts, translations and summaries of dynamic content. It never diagnoses and never replaces a professional. AI output is always clearly labelled as a draft for professional review, and your original content is always preserved.
Professional standards
Professionals are held to clear conduct standards and a Trust Score built from real reliability, communication and client experience. Certification levels recognize sustained professionalism, and only positive, verified information is shown publicly.
Community standards
Respectful, honest and safe conduct is expected from everyone. Reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team, and accountability applies to clients and professionals alike.
Appeals process
Decisions can be appealed. If you believe an action was taken in error, you can submit an appeal for human review, and we'll respond with a clear explanation.
